Spiegel is a food-technology engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and MBA with nearly 30 years of experience in plant proteins, starches, process engineering, product development and B2B ingredient sales.
Er hat eine industrielle Pflanzenprotein-Produktion aufgebaut und betrieben und bringt fundierte Erfahrung in Trockenfraktionierung, Luftklassierung, thermischer Prozessführung und Scale-up mit.
